Payments

Payments for our services are required after we process a biometric passport photo and you have checked and confirmed the photo via the provided tick-box.
Payment is processed through third-party platforms (Stripe, Apple Pay, etc.).

Refund Policy

We offer refunds if a biometric passport photo provided by us is not accepted by an official institute.
If users follow all provided instructions, the chance of a passport photo not being accepted is minimal.
To qualify for a refund, users must submit valid proof of rejection from the official institute and a copy of the rejected passport photo.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with the right to approve or deny based on the evidence provided.
